By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products

We supply custom printed products including (but not limited to):

  • PVC Vinyl Banners
  • Mesh Banners
  • Roller Banners
  • Exhibition & signage products

All products are made to order based on the specifications you provide.

3. Orders & Contract Formation

A contract is formed when:

  • You place an order, and
  • We send an order confirmation email

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where:

  • Payment is not authorised
  • Artwork breaches intellectual property laws
  • There is a pricing error
  • Specifications are unclear
  • Artwork issues prevent us producing as per estimated timescale

4. Artwork Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring:

  • Artwork is supplied at the correct size and resolution
  • All spelling, layout and content are correct
  • You have permission to use all logos, images and trademarks

We are not liable for errors contained within approved artwork.

We reserve the right to refuse artwork that is unlawful, offensive, or infringes third-party rights.

Our free artwork check checks to see if the file can be printed at the size ordered, not for spelling, layout, detail accuracy or any other design elements.

5. Colour & Print Variations

Printed colours will vary from on-screen previews due to:

  • Screen calibration differences
  • Material types
  • Ink processes
  • Screens are displaying RGB colours and our printers use CMYK ink.

Minor colour variations do not constitute a defect.

If specific colours are to be achieved, it is customers responsibility to notify us prior to ordering. We can then advise the best course, it may include a colour profile service which will be a chargeable service.

6. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in GBP (£).

Payment is processed securely via:

  • WooPayments (Stripe)
  • PayPal

Full payment is required before production begins.

We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors.

VAT is charged on all orders and a full VAT invoice will be emailed.

7. Production & Delivery

Production times are estimates and begin once:

  • Payment is cleared
  • Artwork is received and approved (if applicable)

Delivery is carried out via:

  • DPD
  • Parcelforce
  • DX

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed unless explicitly agreed in writing.

We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Cancellation & Returns (Custom Products)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, custom-made and personalised goods are exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation right.

As our products are made to your specification:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
  • Custom printed products are non-refundable unless faulty.

9. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide photographs of the issue and packaging.

If a product is confirmed faulty, we will:

  • Reprint the item, or
  • Provide a refund at our discretion.

We are not responsible for issues arising from incorrect artwork supplied by you.

Our Banners are provided for display purposes and small print inaccuracies may be deemed acceptable for use, these do not constitute a faulty or defective product. The standard viewing distance for a display is deemed to be 2 meters, if the print is acceptable at this distance, it is deemed to be of good useable quality. Banners are intended to be backdrops and as such, do not attract the same level of print detail of smaller print intended for close up viewing.

10. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased.

We are not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential loss
  • Loss of profit or business interruption

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.

11. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding and materials remain the property of Aylesbury Signs Ltd.

You retain ownership of artwork you supply, but grant us permission to use it solely to fulfil your order.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
