RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

Custom Printed Products

Because all products are custom-made to your specification, they are exempt from the 14-day cooling-off period under UK law.

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect sizes provided by customer
  • Artwork errors supplied by customer
  • Colour differences and minor print imperfections within normal tolerances as stated in our terms and conditions

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Provide clear photographs of:
    • The product
    • The packaging
    • The shipping label

We may require return of the goods before issuing a replacement or refund.

If a fault is confirmed, we will:

  • Reprint the item at no cost, or
  • Offer a refund – at our discretion

Non-Delivery

If your parcel has not arrived:

  • Contact us within 5 working days of expected delivery.
  • We will investigate with the courier.

Incorrect Items

If we have made an error, we will correct it promptly at no cost to you.
